1. Stock availability
Each item is listed with its corresponding sizes. If the size you're looking for isn't shown then it's currently out of stock. But don't worry, it'll be re-stocked soon!
2. How long does shipping take?
I ship orders in batches once a week, twice a week if it's busy. This helps bring shipping costs down. If you're in the UK, it will be with you the following week. Europe will be the same depending on the destination and customs, and the rest of the world will take a little longer.
3. Where is my order?
If you've received an email saying your order is dispatched, then it's on the way! If not, then I've not shipped it yet. If you think it's taking a while to get to you, I'd urge you to be patient. International shipping can take a while to get through customs.
4. Does Calm & Ready offer refunds or exchanges?
If there is a fault with an item, or you feel a need to return an order, please send an email to email@example.com within 14 days of receipt, along with your order number and details of any issue.
5. I made a mistake on my order, can it be exchanged?
I will do everything we can to accommodate changes to an existing order, provided it has not already shipped. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, order number and the change you would like to make.
6. I've got my order, but it's the wrong size, can I change it?
Yes, if we've got stock. If not your options are either a refund, or wait until we've re-stocked. Let us know that you want to change your item and we'll help you organise shipping and discuss the options.
Please note: When returning an item, Calm & Ready takes no responsibility for the item whilst it is in transit. To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must have their original tags intact. Any items sold under sale or promotion are non-refundable.
